JNCT's true development role comes into play throughout its close work with the private sector.  At the conclusion of each of its cluster studies, JNCT forms a focused workgroup with the private sector, as well as concerned public sector officials, in order to support the existence of an open dialogue between the private sector, government, and other support organizations.

Within this context, JNCT's pioneers the process at first, but slowly works towards handing over the lead to the private sector in order to guarantee the development of the competitiveness mechanism and its sustainability over time.
